Quarto limpo, equipe boa, bom café da manhã, localização boa, porém o isolamento do quarto era muito ruim. Fiquei em um quarto de frente para a avenida e a janela era de vidro e alumínio muito fino, então foi difícil pra dormir.

Pontos positivos: A equipe de atendimento , limpeza e cozinha; água quente no choveiro, a proximidade com o centro, restaurantes e farmácia; café da manhã bem servido e com variedades; estacionamento no local (qd tem vaga), Internet funcionando, ar funcionando mt bem e silencioso e uma cozinha externa (com micro-ondas, copos, talheres e pratos) que salvou a pátria. Pontos negativos: quarto pequeno; sem vista, sem armário (apenas 2 bancadas, então as malas viraram os armários). Pontos que podem melhorar: lençol adequado ao tamanho do colchão e com elástico; ao menos 1 travesseiro reserva.

Não sou de reclamar de hotel, mas, deixaram muito a desejar. 1- Quarto com cheiro forte de morfo; 2- Ar condicionado não funcionava (nao gelava) 3- Pina suja (agua bastante opaca) 4- As fotos no site nao retratam a realidade. Os funcionários são excelentes. Foram muito gentis e prestativos.

O hotel fica próximo de tudo que é necessário para uma estadia tranquila, mercados, farmácia, barracas de acarajé, passarela da cultura, o quarto é simples mais atende muito bem a limpeza é impecável, apenas a da piscina que deixou a desejar mais nem fiz uso da mesma, o café é farto, porém a variado é apenas na parte dos bolos, mais é completo e muito saboroso e feito com muito preparo, a funcionária Maria que cuida do café da manhã é uma graça de pessoa, tem local pra deixar a mala caso precise, ferro de passar e secador estão disponíveis na recepção.

Localização - 10 Funcionários - 10 Limpeza - 10 Café da Manhã - 5. Os produtos são de boa qualidade é ótimo sabor. A dificuldade está na reposição e o espaço para se tomar café. Como havia grupos em nossa estadia no hotel, mesmo com toda disposição dos funcionários da cozinha, não eram capazes de atender a demanda. O espaço limitado, também colaborou na nota.

Hotel em excelente localização, perto da passarela da cultura, restaurantes, lojas, shoppings, porto da balsa para Arraial D'Ajuda, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã muito variado e farto, quarto limpo, chuveiro bom, roupa de cama e banho boas. Ponto negativo: o ar condicionado precisa de limpeza periódica pois entupiu o dreno e a agua encharcou a mala e tudo que estava dentro ( a bancada para colocação de malas era embaixo do ar condicionado).
