It offers just the right amount of privacy, whether you’re a group of friends or a family.

Entry to the apartment is via self-check-in. The building’s main door is unlocked via a key box, while access to the apartment is via a digital Smart Lock with a code.



The apartment is located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a building just a stone’s throw from the heart of Porto San Giorgio and the sea.



Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a dining table and six chairs, a large and very comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, a 43-inch TV, and two large wooden sideboards.

The living room windows are equipped with blackout curtains and mosquito screens to ensure maximum privacy.



The kitchen, located in the living area, is fully equipped.

It includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee machine with pods, and, to top it off, a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, and a full set of cutlery—all at your disposal.



The sleeping area, located along the hallway, consists of:



- A Double Suite featuring a plush queen-size bed, nightstands, a spacious built-in closet, a dresser, and a 32-inch TV.

Bedding and a set of three towels will be at your complete disposal.



- A single room with a bed, dresser, and nightstand.



- A bathroom equipped with everything you need for your daily hygiene. It features a sink, a shower stall, and a toilet and bidet. Last but not least, there’s a washing machine—perfect for washing your clothes after a relaxing day at the beach.



The apartment features two air conditioners (one in the living area and the other in the master bedroom) and unlimited, ultra-fast Wi-Fi—ideal for remote work.



For families with young children, we are pleased to offer a convenient travel crib available during your stay.
