With sea view and 1 minute walk from the Natural Pools, Tourist Office, taxi rank, restaurants, terraces, health center and 3 minutes from the pharmacy.

It has 300 meters of outdoor spaces with barbecue area, palm trees, tables and loungers, where sun exposure is guaranteed all day. Inside, you will find 2 living rooms, 2 flat TV's, WiFi, Fireplace, games table, balcony, spacious attic, fully equipped kitchen, and covered garage for 2 cars.

Perfect rental house in Porto Moniz, Madeira

If you are looking to stay in the Porto Moniz area, this property is very much worth considering. Check in was via an arranged time with the owners (Gabriel and Teresa) where they provided an extensive tour of the property including how things worked, etc - they also had a prepared manual on all things needed to make the best and efficient use of their property - certainly above our expectations in this and the communication! Large beautiful home with great spaces both inside and out. At times we lost each other (lol) with the spacious, clean and well equipped inside, great outside areas for dining or just relaxing on the lounges and hammocks (all set on some super soft astro turf), and further down the property the underground garage making parking perfect (it even has a bathroom and shower for cleaning off the salt water after a dip in the natural pools). The location is great in the centre of the town with grocery stores within 200m, restaurants as close, and only a 2 min or less walk to the natural poos which we used as they recommended (after 7pm as they are free and much less busy). While located at the north east end of the island it was a good base for our exploration of Levadas and hikes both nearby and within 45 mins of the house by car. Whether just relaxing at the house on exploring the island we had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely consider it again if we return to Madeira. One of the top properties we've stayed at in our VRBO adventures.

A Dream Come True

The Porto Moniz Villa is absolutely incredible, and Gabriel is an equally excellent and accomodating host. I stayed in the villa with my family and friends, and the entire stay we could not get over how beautiful the property is, how well located the house is, and how incredibly kind and accomodating the host is. We loved the walkability of the location and did not want for anything in the house. Thank you, Gabriel, for an incredibly wonderful vacation! We will be back! :)

Amazing property, amazing location and amazing owners

The property is huge and beautiful. The location is a short walk from both the local super market and the natural pools. Gabriel and his wife were very accommodating, even driving 45 minutes from Funchal to deliver an outlet adapter to me.

Great house and perfect location

We stayed for 5 days in this beautiful house in Porto Moniz. Everything you need is in the house and the supermarket, restaurant and pools are only a short walk away.The owner reacts fast on your questions and gives you a lot of information what to do.We really recommend this house.
