This 2 bedroom accommodation with a clean and modern decor is ideal for small families who want to enjoy a few days of vacation in Madeira. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, along with a dining area. There is also a functional and practical storage area and a guest toilet.
Going up to the second floor, there is a spacious living room, where you can relax and unwind. In addition, the living room offers access to a large balcony, with a panoramic view from the sea to the mountain.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable double beds and built-in closets, offering plenty of storage space. Electric windows ensure a bright and airy environment at all times. In addition, there is a full bathroom with shower.
This house is a 1-minute walk from Seixal's sandy beach and offers all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

AREA
Seixal is a quiet and picturesque town located on the North Coast of Madeira Island. It is surrounded by stunning nature which makes it a popular destination for nature and extreme sports lovers. It is also known for its black sand beach, for cannyoning and stand up paddle.
Seixal is close to other places worth visiting. Porto Moniz is about a 20-minute drive from Seixal and is known for its natural pools, making it a great place to spend a relaxing day. To the opposite side is São Vicente, a place known for its volcanic caves, which tell the historical and geological origin of the island.
This property is about 60 minutes away from the airport and 40 minutes away from Funchal.
If you choose to go to the city center, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
