The location was ideal, and despite the street being busy the apartment was very quiet. Inside had all the amenities we needed, and communication was excellent with the agency. I booked elsewherebwhen we return to Porto, and if i had known how excellent the property was i would have booked it twice.

Centrally Located Unit

The unit was clean. The staff was very nice and conscientious. The location is very central, but public parking is challenging and expensive. The unit had a washing machine but no dryer. It was necessary to drip dry our clothing. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Coffee was not very good. Only one bottle of drinking water was provided. Kitchen only had kitchen ware. Refrigerator was fine. We did not use the stove. All and all, our stay here was acceptable, and the only real negative is the hassle and expense of parking. If you have a car and have a lot of luggage, the inconvenience of transporting it to the unit is considerable.

Above the crowds

Balcony overlooking the pedestrian only Rua Flores. No traffic, quiet, huge space. I was concerned about no front desk but check-in was easy and quick. The staff at the office—Elizabeth, Beatrice, and Mafalda were extremely helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this property.

Very nice stay. Nice clean spacious aprtment. Excellent location. Located on a nice centrally located walking street (flat). Lots of shops, cafe and restaurants with nice little husle and bustle but not loud.

Great communication, service. Property was large and very clean and comfortable. However - didn’t realize we wouldn’t be able to get an Uber to the apartment door (road was pedestrian only), which was just difficult with a large suitcase in the rain. Also, the AC did not cool the upstairs enough. Definitely a great price for a great apartment. Would recommend.
