Bien situé et propre. Peu de vaisselle, pas de table de salon, certaines dalles du plancher sont décoller. Les gens travaillant à l'hébergement font l'impossible pour vous aider.

The YOUROPO staff is incredible. We arrived late and it was our first time in Porto, parking in the city can be a bit difficult, also the street to our appartment is a walkable so we could not park in front to unload our luggage. They told us to leave it at their office and took it to our apt. themselves. We exrended our stay one more night but the apartment we were is was already booked so the move us to another building and once again took care of everything for us. The apartments are beautiful, spaceous and well kept. We recomend staying with YOUROPO very much.

Beautiful apartment, though some issues with check-in as we arrived late and found the apartment, but check-in place is 2 blocks away. There have been some similar reviews indicating check-in confusion, but we still fell into the same hole. I believe the real issue is the apartment still use the old style locks, both for the main door and apartment door. So so they have to hand in the keys to you, and that’s why they offer 24 hour check-in. If they can modernize the locks with the digital ones, they can save a lot of service labors and much convenient for the customers.
