Friendly staff, super clean facilities, walkable to Sao Bento and major sites andsuper close to Trinidad’s station for arriving from airport later in the evening. Felt safe as a female solo traveller and tried the fantastic Portuguese restaurant across the road was fantastic when too tired the first evening to do more walking!

I actually really loved this hotel. Staff were super helpful and really nice. Room was comfortable, however. Walls were pretty thin and I could hear my neighbor in the middle of the night. Close to everything but the street it’s on is a bit sketchy.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent in particular. The staff were also very friendly, and the location near the subway station makes it very accessible. The room wasn't very soundproof, so it was a bit noisy at night.
