Spacious and bright family house located in Vila Nova de Gaia, near Santo Ovídio.
There is a metro station (Santo Ovídio) a ten minute walk from the house - Yellow Line directly to downtown Porto. The train takes 15 minutes to downtown Porto (Aliados).
Located in a pleasant and quiet residential area on the outskirts of Porto (Vila Nova de Gaia), the house is very accessible by car and public transport and ideal for a family or a group of friends. It has been recently renovated and is comfortable for 6 people.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a toilet, a complete bathroom (with bath) and an additional shower, a kitchen (equipped with fridge, stove, oven and microwave) a living room and dining room and a small garden to the back (ideal for a nice and relaxing breakfast).
The house also has a GARAGE for a car.
This will certainly be the perfect place for your stay in Gaia / Porto!
