We booked two nights for our arrival into Porto. Early morning arrival so we actually booked the night before our arrival to be able to crash after our flight. The blockout curtains made our first experience perfect. This place is new and very spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful pointing some highlights of the city as well as restaurant recommendations. So if a brand new hotel isn’t enough to intrigue you, just book this hotel for the breakfasts which are amazing!

This is a quiet hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Porto . It is conveniently located near the train station . The hotel is clean and the staff is efficient and friendly . The breakfast which is included had many tasty options .

We had booked our stay at The Log Porto Hotel by Piamonte Hotels July. We were really excited about this but then a week ago our excitement turned into a nightmare. Our flight was cancelled by our Air Canada due to a flight attendant strike and they could not fly us out to Porto given the huge supply and demand. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip and requested a refund from this hotel for our stay on Thursday-Saturday. The hotel absolutely refused, was extremely insensitive to our request and refused to cancel our reservation. We were charged for our "stay" regardless even though we gave more than 72 hours notice and they were a nightmare to get ahold of. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone - save your money and stay somewhere else. Horrible customer service and communication.

We had a great stay in the Log Porto Hotel. Very close the bus station (10 mins walk). Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and they go all out. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels luxurious. You can take an Uber to go into town or you can drive 10 to 15min.

The place looks very modern but far from being functional. It lacks furniture, i.e., a desk to place your computer or to eat. See the pictures. On the other hand, and in all fairness, I was very pleased with the eram attention of the front desk staf. We left at 3:00 am and they were kind enough to pack us breakfast boxes to take with us. Whatever lack of furniture there was in the room was compensated ten-fold in attention.
