Excellent location and rooms. The building itself is beautiful inside. The staff were very helpful and kind. If you have any mobility issues please note that there are a lot of stairs that could be difficult to navigate.

Very well located to public transport, and 24 hrs parking places. Beautiful hotel boutique. They don’t have a dining area but they bring breakfast to your room every morning and the time you want. Very good breakfast! Staff are helpful and friendly. We would come back!

Charming place, convenient location, wonderful staff. The stairs are a challenge but so is Porto with hills and stairs. We stayed on 4th floor (fantastic view from our room!) but had a heart-pounding climb to it. Breakfast delivered to room was always hot and fresh.

The hotel is located near shopping and lots of restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. On two days of our stay, our tours were meeting early, before breakfast. The staff made us breakfast to go. The rooms are large and comfortable.

The room was very clean and we loved having a balcony to use for breakfast and in the evening as the room was very small. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The mattress was in need of extra padding as it was not the most comfortable for me but the staff kindly added an extra padding for us. The location was great for access to metro stations and walking to attractions. Overall a great place to stay for a few nights.
