Awful service. We arrived at 5PM and the host didn’t let us in until 6PM only after us calling Expedia and his excuse was he wasn’t by the phone. They didn’t do anything to accommodate us for the inconvenience. Washroom had molds. Absolutely disgusting.

Little tricky finding the right door and no one was on duty so you had to have the right codes. But once in it was wonderful, just the kind of. Experience I was hoping for an a renovated classic building in Porto. Straight walk down to the river. Highly recommended if you’re starting your Camino. fruit by the coughing machine was a nice touch. Has a window into the bathroom, so get ready to put on a show. Just love the ambience the low beam, etc. Breakfast was served downstairs by a wonderful woman. Highly recommended.

Great location, called staff as requested on arrival for access instructions - very helpful and straightforward. Didn't have breakfast while there so can't comment on this. Room as expected was fairly small but comfortable and great for our stay. Would stay again. Thank you.

The property manager did not meet us at the Hotel at a pre arranged time of 6pm. Repeated What’s App msgs and calls and no answers. We luckily were let in by another couple staying at the hotel and found our key in the front desk. Breakfast also did not start till 830am, not feasible for pilgrims on a long first day out of Porto.

The self check-in was super easy. It takes a bit of time for the answer from the hostel so make sure to contact them in advance. The room was small but for the price it is perfect to visit Porto. If you want to stay in your room a lot, maybe it is not the best place. The breakfast was good and the service was amazing. I strongly recommend if you are traveling on a budget.

We were very please with our stay. Clean, comfortable, and a lovely view from our balcony. As noted the rooms are small, but this was expected and wasn't an issue. Good breakfast. Would stay here again. Very conveniently located.

Great location for riverside wandering and into the cafes and restaurants. Short (hilly) walk to the nearest metro and great bridge views just a few metres down the road.

Extremely well-located for touring many popular sights. The room was compact, but workable and very clean. Fridge, safe, kettle. Continental breakfast is served in the reception area. Staff is friendly and professional. Parking is a challenge in the old city. We parked down by the river at a reduced rate for 72 hours, and then walked the city. Easy. Would be pleased to stay here again.

Breakfast was very limited and we didnt get new towels in four days. I dont need or want fresh towels every day but the towels were damp after the first day. Fan in the bathroom didnt work so it became a little musty in there.

Lovely staff, very good breakfast with home made cakes. Hotel is clean, tidy and neat but the room was tiny. We got the impression tha Porto like many other places nowadays is fed up with tourists. We encountered some rudeness which was uncalled for. We had a lovely trip on the river though and a great tour of a Port winery.
