<br>A comfortable space near the "Combatentes" metro station, 5 minutes from the heart of Porto.<br>We’ve prepared everything to make you feel right at home, and we’ll be available throughout your stay if you need any assistance.<br>Property with convenient and free parking.<br>Portugal Tourism Registration: 30258 / AL<br><br>A pleasant apartment for city breaks with a terrace in a quiet building, with only 2 units and in a great location.<br>Equipped with all the comforts you need during your stay, our guests need only worry about exploring our wonderful city.<br>NOTE: The apartment is located on the 1st floor and the Rendez-vous Porto II is on the 2nd floor; if there are 8 people, simply rent both apartments, which are all nearby!<br><br>You’ll have full and exclusive access to all areas and the terrace.<br>We can accommodate up to 4 people; the sofa bed in the living room measures 190 × 140, and if needed, we can provide a crib—just let us know so we can set it up.<br><br>On the day of check-in, we’ll be available to welcome you, show you around the apartment, and answer any questions you may have about the space, our neighborhood, or your stay and visits in Porto. But don’t forget that we’re always just a click away!<br><br>Our neighborhood is just like our place: cozy! Within walking distance, you’ll find all the essentials (pharmacy, café, mini-market, laundromat, and restaurants), and the metro is just a few minutes’ walk away in the historic center, right in the heart of Porto.<br><br>Right next to our property is the Combatentes metro station, which will take you to the famous Aliénteu in 10 minutes; or, if you continue your metro ride, you can cross the Douro River and head to Vila Nova de Gaia to visit the wine cellars!<br><br>Cleaning service: Included upon your arrival. Additional cleaning is available upon request (20 €).<br>Towels and sheets will be changed every 7 nights.
