Gotta say this is one of the nicest places I've stayed for a while. Beautifully styled and comfortable room. Excellent central location, literally just above the metro station. Special thanks go to Ildebrando (think that's how its spelt.) He waited to greet us and gave so much helpful information about what to see and how to get to it. This really made our stay. He was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Even allowed us to leave luggage for a while after checking out, which allowed us an extra day's holiday without worrying about luggage. Would love to visit Porto again. Would be great to stay at PortoSoul. If it's within your budget, would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a bit different from other hotels as there were no keys. We were in apartment one on the ground floor and it felt a bit unnerving being right next to the street. However it wasn't noisy after the metro shut so wasn't so bad at all. Ifwe stayed again though I would pick a higher floor if possible. The staff are really friendly when speaking to them via ring. The flat is very close to Trinidade so easy to walk down to the river, but a bit steep when walking back up the hill. The rooms were clean and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. I would stay there again but probably not more than three nights

The apartment block is well situated next to Trindade Station so getting to and from the airport is easy. There is a supermarket close by as well as a wealth of cafes and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to the old city and across the bridge or the metro takes you everywhere. The apartment itself has ample space for 2 people and was clean inside. New/better bed pillows are needed, beds are very very firm so a mattress topper would be a nice addition, a broom and some kitchen tongs would be handy and not allowing people to smoke in the courtyard would be great because the smoke rises up and fills any unit above that has the balcony doors open which is what we experienced. The staff/ owners were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns.

The place is well-equipped, clean and cute. We stayed in Apartment 1, that faces the little street next to the building . It was noisy, but with an ear plug it was manageable. The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was by far the best feature if this apartment- right next to the Trindade Metro stop and walking distance to everything in Porto.

The apartment was nice, modern and suitable for our family. The listing wasn't very clear and seemed to offer a hot tub but we had messages to say it wasn't available. Comms was a bit lacking as we had replied to a message about the hot tub but had no reply. Comms generally was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes quick and other times less so. We arrived late and no sofa bed had been set up, so I had to find where it was then set it all up myself. The apartment also had a toilet flush that didn't seem to operate properly, but we managed to make this work. There was also a bit of an ant I gestation in the apartment. Lots around the dining table, kitchen and living area. No late check out was able to be accommodated either. The apartment location was good but there are some rough characters at the train station lift/stair area. Drug and drink abuse felt common here when passing. So overally a mixed bag of an apartment.

The appartment had a great layout and everythinng you need for exploring Porto! We liked the patio in the back. The bed is comfortable and we loved the dark out blinds. The location is within walking distance from major sites and right next to the metro. There is a public parking just short distance away and you can get a 2-day pass for 40 euros. There is a cute coffee shop just a few doors down and they also serve breakfast. We spent 10 days exploring Portugal and Porto was our second favorite city after Lagos. I would highly recommend PortoSoul.

On the first arrival day, walked in the wrong direction from Metro station that took us 8 minutes to reach the property, but we figured out how proximity to Metro station with less than 2 minutes walk, if using the right egress. Can’t complain much about the apartment, love it with separate living room and dinning area. The apartment also fitted with kitchen, where convenient for us heat up foods. Overall, we love the apartment with our stays, would recommended to others and if we happened to visit Porto again, we would come back to the same apartment.

We ask for late check out and they allow us as much they can and webcould leve the lugggein the lockers. ee also ask for breakfast and was so nice. They leave it in the door every day. Something to improve can be to ask or to have some menus to choose.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à pied du centre-ville et les communications avec l’hôtel sont efficaces. On a pu arriver à la chambre avant l’heure du check-In ce qui fut grandement apprécié.La chambre est grande et est climatisée. elle était très propre. Un bémol sur les images: elles suggéraient qu’il y avait automatiquement un jacuzzi. Cependant après la réservation, on reçoit un mot de l’hôtel, disant qu’il n’y a qu’une chambre qui contient un jacuzzi et celle-ci n’était pas disponible. À savoir si cela faisait partie de vos critères.

Die Lage: die Nähe zum Bahnhof Trindade (Metro und Busse) ist ein großes Plus. Wir hatten jedoch einen komplizierter erster Weg vom Bahnhof (bis wir die Abkürzung -20 Meter zum Fahrstuhl- gefunden hatten). Das Plus hat jedoch auch einen Nachteil: bei geöffnetem Fenster war es in der Nacht oft sehr laut, weil junge Leute zum Bahnhof vorbei liefen und dabei Musik hören, laut sprachen oder sangen. Die Leerung der Mülltonnen erfolgte tief in der Nacht! Darüber hinaus ist das Haus nachts beleuchtet. Gut für die Sicherheit, jedoch nicht für den Schlaf. Das Appartement: es ist gut ausgestattet und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß. Es bietet ausreichend Stauraum. Die Räume bleiben auch an Tag recht kühl. Aus dem Fenstern sind leider (fast) nur Mauern und Wände zu sehen. Persönlich haben wir nur einmal kurz einen Servicemitarbeiter gesehen, die Kommunikation via Nachrichten war jedoch schnell & gut. Das Frühstück wird täglich zur vereinbarten Zeit in Papiertüten vor die Tür gestellt. Zu Beginn ungewohnt, haben wir dieses Frühstück schnell schätzen gelernt. Jeden Tag gab es Abwechslung und auch die Menge war für uns ausreichend. Negativ war die kaum vorhandene Lüftung im Bad und der fehlende Abflussstopfen in der Küche, da dies das Abwaschen erschwerte. Trotz Anforderung am ersten Tag wurde hierauf leider nicht reagiert (wir hatten alledings auch nicht daran erinnert).
