The location is absolutely perfect, in the heart of it all. The hotel is one of the most beautiful places that blends old with new with a courtyard that marries both in the middle. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, perfect place to stay in Porto, I HIGHLY recommend the PortoBay Flores Hotel. The restaurant was incredible and the bartenders are topnotch. On a side note, I had a sore throat and asked the bartender for something to soothe it. He made a drink with honey, lemon, and orange liquor, brandy and much love... It literally ended my sore throat! Let that magic happen for you are PortoBay Flores!!!

The room was ready and clean upon arrival. The front desk staff were courteous and accommodating. The pool and sauna were wonderful to use after a long day off walking. The location was safe. The turn down service of the room added extra magic.

The stay was overall excellent. The staff friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet good but would have appreciated seeing different options. The food at the bar could improve as well but was not bad. The only problem is that taxis can't drop you off at the hotel and you have to walk uphill a little with the luggage. I would absolutely return. Money well spent.

Beautiful hotel located in a very convenient area. Easily walkable to main areas as well as to the bus stop to take you up the coast to Foz area. The hotel is also located on a pedestrian only street which was lovely. The pool and saunas (dry and wet options) were exceptional in making my stay that much more relaxing. It rained and was windy during part of my stay and the hotel had very sturdy umbrellas available for guests. Very convenient as I did not need to purchase one for my stay. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond assisting me when the elevator was not working to bring me up to my floor after using the spa amenities. They updated my keys, tested them, and brought them directly to my room. It was very much appreciated! They were also able to store my luggage before and after check in, allowing me to take full advantage of exploring the beautiful city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to other travellers!

The room was nice and clean although a little small, sadly the two guest lifst were out of order for our stay, whilst this was an accident they never really gave us any recompense for the inconvenience. The hotel was nothing special and probably a 4 rather than a 5 star hotel for me
