The property is perfectly situated to be able to easily walk to the river area. The rooms are modern and clean. Even though you are on a busy street, the shutter system takes away all the street sounds at bedtime. Staff was very friendly.

Gentleman at the front was not friendly. Weird personality they chose to greet guests. He was arrogant and acted is if guests were a problem. Additionally, he was either sick or had allergies, was wiping his nose with hands and then touching my documents. I’ve travelled all over Europe, he was horrible.

Great boutique hotel, would happily stay again. Clean and well located to walk to sites and easy access to transport for more distant locations. WOW is all we can say. What a fabulious find in central Porto. Lovely staff, beautifully kept rooms, fabulous breakfast and so close to all the best eating places in Porto. Only 'surprise' was the cost of parking at the nearby underground car park (which the hotel did warn us about but still was a shock at the final amount). We will DEFINITELY stay at the Infante next time we come to Porto.

Such a lovely hotel

The staff could not have been nicer- so kind and helpful. We stayed there during the power outage and they were so kind to everyone. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts amazing- so much choice with a wonderful waitress who could not have done any more for us! We would definitely recommend to anyone! The location was 2 mins walk to the river too so could not have been in a better position.
