Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We arrived around 2pm and check in was for 3pm. Everything was confirmed the day before but did not receive check in information. Upon arriving to Porto we called the company and they could not find our reservation. We waited many hours with a baby and finally after constantly messaging them they replied and informed us that they had someone booked in our place and that they had 2 other properties. They took us to the first room we selected at 6pm and the room was infested with fruit flies and was not properly cleaned. The second room was much smaller than the one we originally booked. We lost an entire day and when we asked for a full day refund we got no response. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
