Washroom especially the shower needs an update and is not the cleanest. The street is quite noisy so bring ear plugs to be able to sleep. The parking situation is a bit hard with having to bring the parking card after driving out while there is no parking on the street.

If you're solo female, don't travel here the manager is probably gonna comment on this and say a whole bunch of nasty things which aren't true he yelled at me which I have video recording. There's rats and cockroaches, which I will leave pictures here for and also the street is lined with brothels if your solo female do not do not stay here.
I had to ask for bug spray they're trying to clean. The cockroaches are from construction, but there's many cockroaches. I wish I could upload the video of the sound of the rat in the pipes. Definitely do not stay here.

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable to sleep on. The ladies of the night who were working 5 doors down. They did not bother us in any way. Otherwise it was a great rental. Close enough to all the attractions in Porto.

The place itself seems quite good, for example the location and in general the room was comfortable but there were a couple issues that took longer than should to be resolved. The first was the kitchen had two chairs and both were broken! We complained and didn’t get better ones till the end of day 2 in our 3 day stay. The communication was almost nonexistent, like we had to keep asking them before they dealt with it. Also the shower had to be hand held because the holder was broken. These are two critical issues that should not have to be dealt with by the customer!

We absolutely loved our stat at Oporto Near. It is perfectly located to move around Porto by walk. The apartment manager André was super helpful and always available. We will comeback for sure!!! Obligado! :)

Andre was excellent getting us checked in quickly and easily. The loft was a great set up with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband, son and I. We were on the ground floor so had a private patio. The apartment was very quiet and close to everything. Great place to stay.
