Missing tea &coffee facility however free water was available, a bit of dump smell because a bathroom vent not working fast . Very comfy bed. Very nice and helpful staff! Great porto tonico!

Perfect 100% all aspects!!!

From check-in to airport drop-off, TOP NOTCH = all 5 stars!! From the front desk staff at check-in, she helped to connect with rental car and even came to the car rental location with the van driver; just to make sure that everything went smoothly. Now, its 2025, who does that ?!?! Apparently, she did! Not even any of the world-wide Marriott hotels that I have stayed at had come anywhere close. She add ua to the 5am airport shuttle ride. We ate there. If my 8-yo family pasta connoisseur approved her pasta dish, and the salmon was also excellent. The staff were kind and super helpful. The room was clean, roomy & everything worked!! Right at 5am, a nice young man came to greet us at the lonby and helped us with our bags and drove us to airport for our 7am flight. Couldnt have been more nice. This is totally opposite of any services or food from the hotel that we had to booked at last minute due to delays which led to missed connections… got in very late night - we will be back!called PARK something hotel next to airport. Next time back in Porto. This is our place for certain!! Thank you’

Lovely clean room with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff helped us with map and how to use metro. Airport shuttle easy to arrange and on time, great service. Didn't eat so can't comment on food.

Everything about this Hotel was terrible and I would not stay there again. The shower was full of mold, the food was disgusting, the extraction fan in the bathroom was noisy and the staff not that friendly.
