The Space:

High-speed Wi-Fi access is available, so you can stay connected at all times.

The compact, fully equipped kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare your meals, along with a dining table where you can enjoy pleasant moments. The modern and functional bathroom completes this space, offering all the amenities you need.

The Neighborhood:
Ideal location for those who wish to explore the city center without using transportation, moving exclusively on foot.
Your neighbors will be the Sá da Bandeira Theater, the beautiful and imposing Avenida dos Aliados, and the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, where shopping predominates. Here you can witness the clash of the duality that the city inspires: during the week, tranquility reigns, allowing you to relax without worries; the weekend arrives, and fun dominates the senses, with music and movement inviting longer nights.
In just 10 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the Ribeira, where you can find the Douro River, take a boat ride, cross the river to Gaia, or simply enjoy a coffee at a riverside café.
If you’re looking for the beach, you’ll be at Foz do Douro in just 15 minutes by car. You can also opt for the scenic tram ride from river to sea!

Other Things to Note:
The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/television package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess cost will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow access to a collaborator of the host for property inspections, with monthly visits expected.

We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to make a request!

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request!
