The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of the city's cultural and tourist center, where all the fun happens! It is next to renowned restaurants and bars in Porto, in a lively neighborhood!

It is about 300 meters from the Aliados Metro Station, and all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, such as: the Clérigos Tower, the Lello Bookstore, the Douro River with the famous D. Luís Bridge, the Sé Cathedral, Avenida dos Aliados, among many others. There are supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies, and shops nearby. At night, the surrounding streets offer the liveliest spots in the city.

To explore the riverside area of the city, we recommend taking the number 500 bus near the São Bento Train and Metro Station. This line starts its journey in downtown Porto, passes through the Ribeira area, along the Douro River, Foz, the beaches of Matosinhos, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can enjoy typical fish, seafood, and regional products from northern Portugal.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

The nearest metro station to the apartment, Aliados, is just 350 meters away.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 for smoking will be applied.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a cost of €40 will be applied after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost subject to consultation.

For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit of water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses up to €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a representative of the host to enter the property whenever requested for inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
