The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua João das Regras, you'll be close to Largo da Lapa where you can find the heart of D. Pedro IV in Portugal/D. Pedro I in Brazil. Praça da República and Trindade metro station are an 8-minute walk from the apartment.



Less than 300 meters away you'll find the Faria Guimarães metro station, which will give you quick access to all of Porto's public transport. Less than 900 meters away on foot, you'll find yourself in Porto's city center, on the emblematic Avenida dos Aliados or the famous Rua Santa Catarina. Don't forget to stop by Rua das Flores and Ribeira to enjoy the view of the River Douro and Gaia Quay.



In the vicinity of the apartment, you'll find cafés, restaurants and convenience stores.

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
