The Space:

The apartment features 1 double bedroom, a living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort during your stay.



For your convenience, our apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is available for our guests!



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua de Cedofeita, a street that expresses signs of urban renewal in the 18th century and is one of the starting points for the rebirth of downtown Porto. A large part of this street is pedestrianized, making it perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and a quiet meal. You will find around you several options of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, and parking, not to mention the lively nightlife in the area of Praça Carlos Alberto and Galerias Paris.



To help you get around the city, you'll also have many options for buses in the adjacent streets, metro stations, and so on.

Getting Around:

You will have access to an extensive public transportation network.



We will also have a transfer service available for you; just make a request!



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If these costs exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
