The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in downtown Porto, in the cultural and tourist center of the city, where all the fun happens! The street is located opposite the emblematic Bolhão Market, close to Avenida dos Aliados and the Clérigos Tower. There are restaurants, supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies and stores nearby.



At night, the Galerias de Paris area is one of the liveliest places in the whole city.



The best public transport option is the Metro. The nearest station is Bolhão, which is 300 meters from the apartment, Trindade Station with a direct link to the city's airport is an 8-minute walk from the apartment and São Bento Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. If you come with your own car, you can park in the Manuel Passos Garage (paid service), which is 350 meters from the apartment on foot. Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
