The Space:

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed and shower, and the other with two single beds; there is another bathroom with a bathtub; a living room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi; the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

The Neighborhood:

It will be located at Rua Sociedade Protectora dos Animais, less than 10 minutes on foot from the entrance of the Estádio do Dragão and just 500 meters from the Dragão Metro Station, making it easy for you to get around the city.



Nearby, you'll find one of the city's hidden gems, the São Roque park, which conceals a romantic maze of hedges. Just 500 meters away is the Alameda Shop & Spot shopping center, where you can find everything you need, from fashion stores to restaurants and a large supermarket.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we adhere to a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are appropriately met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.
