I feel obligated to contradict the prior review regarding the following: there WAS hot water, and while there are certainly homeless in the neighborhood (and I have experience with homeless folks in Seattle) there were no conflicts or issues with any of them. An AWESOME location. There is a public parking garage just around the corner. In the heart of the best of Porto. Only suggestion is they could be better at communicating in advance when concerns come up (we were a little worried about the prior review but those concerns were unfounded).

We had no hot water, 1 pillow each, two twin beds joined together formed the queen size, and a large homeless population camped right outside the property. Overall terrible experience .
