Great area, convenient for getting around, close to many restaurants and the train station without being too busy and noisy. I stay in hotels almost weekly and without a doubt, the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever. It is recently renovated so it is very clean but keep in mind the room is small and a bit dark. Above all, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, they are a great asset.

Overall outstanding. Location was near many tourist locations and a train station to travel further. Very clean. Staff were wonderful especially the female receptionist. Bed was extremely comfortable and the weighted blanket was a nice touch.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Everything about my stay was excellent. The rooms were immaculate and extremely clean, providing the perfect space to relax. The staff truly made the difference—they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. To top it all off, the location was amazing, putting me exactly where I wanted to be. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back!

Miguel and Catarina were amazing! They were so helpful in arranging the taxi from the airport, securing a dinner reservation and helping me navigate to the train station/ bus terminal. The glass of port when I arrived was very special. The property is lovely, centrally located, quiet and very comfortable. The bed and bedding are luxurious. I didn't have breakfast on the property, but wish I had. Next time I will stay longer!! Thank you for an amazing stay.

This unique and lovely hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Porto! The staff are extremely helpful and do not hesitate to go out of their way to assist with any questions or concerns. Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Hotel. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Auch abends bei meiner Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und es gab einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, daher ist die U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.

The staff are stellar. They made us feel right at home from the moment we entered. The room, while small, was so lovely; the bed was devine, and we're huge fans of weighted blankets made by blanky because we have two at home. I loved the Dyson hair dryer and the big, fluffy towels. And, the hotel is located on Rua das Flores which was recently ranked the coolest street in the EU.
