The suite was a two bedroom very nice with maid service The front desk was very efficient on check-in and very helpful for telling us how to get around Uber was only 4 to 6 euros downtown and was very efficient

We thought Hotel Spot Family Suites were fantastic. We stayed in a Superior Master Suite which had two bedrooms, which we asked to be set up as a double and a twin room. You also get a lovely large lounge/kitchen area, which could also sleep 2 extra people on the sofa bed. This was a perfect set up for our family of 4. Shower room was spacious and the whole place was immaculate and kept very clean. House keeping did an excellent job each day as well. It's also in an great area, right in the hustle and bustle but also tucked away off the main road so quiet at night. So convenient for Bolhao Market, less than 5 minutes away to get loads of lovely food and drink. Chapel of Souls and Cafe Majestic/Rue da Santa Caterina within very easy walking distance as well. Sooo many cafes/bars/restaurants locally as well, you're spoilt for choice. If you like steak and fish, we would recommend Vaccarum literally 4 mins from the front door. Reception even organised a transfer from the airport to the hotel on our arrival, but you can easily get the Metro to and from Trindade train station as well for 2.25 euros for a single! Can't recommend this hotel (and Porto) enough. Thank you!

Great stay at Hotel Spot! The breakfast in the morning was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious and the front desk staff were very helpful! Very close to many things downtown, easy to walk everywhere!

I loved our room- it was perfect for us. The a/c was cold, the sheets were soft, blackout curtains were amazing!!! There was a private balcony you could sit out on and the bathroom was perfect with extra storage under the sink. I was traveling with my children, so the extra space was nice. Breakfast was delicious! They don’t salt the food much, so you have to put salt on it yourself. The coffee machine was my favorite. Great coffee. They had eggs and sausage every morning with pastries, croissants, all kinds of custards and tarts. They had jams, honey, and Nutella to add to your breads. They had cereal and cheeses and deli meats. The cheese was my favorite. There’s orange slices and watermelon and green juice and orange juice. There’s a bunch of breads too. My kids favorite part of the trip was breakfast (and we did awesome tours). They play American music while you eat. We listened to a lighter version of Whitney Houston this morning. Creature comforts of home. It was nice. The staff was super helpful- there’s a laundromat very close by and they told me where to go for dinner and entertainment. They are ALWAYS at the front desk. The ladies who cleaned the room was great. The beds were made tightly and they would bring new soaps as we needed them without us asking. They were on top of it! I liked having a safe in the room and a bench to put my stuff on. The hotel is very close to some convenience stores and in an intersection where all the Ubers come through. Great!!
