The location is fantastic! Wish the mattress was more confortable, I could feel the coils … the right mattress is room 904 needs to be replaced. Amazing staff, helpful and courteous.

Good location, bad breakfast

The free breakfast is a joke. It consists of a coupon to go next-door to a bakery with a very unfriendly and brusque staff. They make it very clear. You are entitled to one small cup of coffee, one small cup of orange juice, a bad croissant, and a bad bread roll with one slice of cheese and one slice of ham. I ended up just going out for breakfast because the place next-door was so bad. Additionally, this place is really short on storage. Space, simple shelves would’ve made the room much nicer to stay in. Finally there were just a little flaws like for example, never being given a water cup. It is in a great location and the a/c and hot water were all good

Good location at Trindade station and clean room. Twin room for 2 persons and only offered one set of dental kit in the room and they haven’t provided a new paper cup during our stay for 3 nights. Hotel Continental breakfast went outside next building and it is a cafe but taste not good.

Porto Interface Trindade Hotel

This hotel has a great location just across the road from the Trindade metro station making it easy to travel around Porto city and to other locations. The hotel itself is modern and clean and although not uncomfortable is more about being functional . For me, this hotel is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay rather than the week we booked for as there was no drawer space and just a rail with five or six coat-hangers. We therefore had to live out of our suitcases. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient and the staff helpful and friendly. As previously stated, a great hotel for a night or a weekend stay and in a great location.

Some good but bad ending!

First the good, the hotel is in a really good location near Trindade tram station, it is clean, light, easy to find & we checked in early which was great! Now the bad, the breakfast is just a voucher to use in a cafe nextdoor which is chaotic with not enough staff, there are far better places nearby for a breakfast so don't bother with it! I returned to my room one evening to discover that glass the door leading to the balcony was damaged & was hanging at an angle off its hinges, I reported the damage to reception & the door was quickly fixed, on checkout I was told I had to pay them for the damage as the maid hadn't done the damage so it must've been me but it wasn't me that caused it, I wasn't even in the room when the door was damaged, I didn't touch the door, they basically accused me of lying, I refused to pay it & left very angry & insulted!
