Fantastic from start to finish, warm welcome at check-in with some local advice shared, nice little personal touches in the room and again on checkout. The hotel itself was modern & well appointed, very comfortable bed and nice amenities. Location was great with everything within walking distance but be prepared for the hills! Spoilt for choice with quality bars & restaurants on its doorstep, made for a fantastic visit to beautiful city, will definitely try their other locations when we return to Portugal.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are great. My checkout was on March 8th, management gave all the women a cute card and those checking out a cookie. The only draw back was the late night partying from the surrounding area and the rooftop bar was closed for the season.
