The staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check in early since I arrived ahead of time. Hot water was provided, and they gave me a map along with some restaurant recommendations. The staff was wonderful. We got to store our bags beforehand and then they allowed us to check in early. They gave us 3 free drink tokens. The hotel was in the heart of the old historical district of Porto. We could walk to the historical sites. It was an easy 15 minute walk down hill to the Douro River but challenging to walk back uphill.

Excelente estadia

Excellent team, super attentive people. Well located, possibility to do absolutely everything on foot less than 20 minutes away. There are some hills to get to the hotel, but they are typical of the city and this was not a problem. Proximity to Piedade station.
