From the moment we stepped up to the Reservation Desk, we knew this was going to be THEE BEST hotel we were going to have stayed be at of the 15+ places we'd been at during our month-long Portugal/Spain vacation. The super friendly staff, the entire hotel's cleanliness, the generous welcome gift (which included a glass of wine and port), and the spacious and totally relaxing suite were only a few of the reasons we loved the place and will most definitely book at the next time we're in Porto! Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and very helpful in every way. We really appreciated their hospitality.
