Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communications in English were excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The walk from the hotel to the river was easy (metro close by if you don’t want to walk) Shuttle to and from hotel was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

From the moment we stepped up to the Reservation Desk, we knew this was going to be THEE BEST hotel we were going to have stayed be at of the 15+ places we'd been at during our month-long Portugal/Spain vacation. The super friendly staff, the entire hotel's cleanliness, the generous welcome gift (which included a glass of wine and port), and the spacious and totally relaxing suite were only a few of the reasons we loved the place and will most definitely book at the next time we're in Porto! And did I say the the staff were all top-notch? 10/10!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable and the shuttle service was great. Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and very helpful in every way. We really appreciated their hospitality. The location of the hotel is quite ideal for walking to city center and a lot of sites in Porto. We highly recommend Hotel Jaguar Oporto!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very attentive. Room was clean and very well maintained. Overall experience was great. Only downside was the restaurant. Food was very average, lighting was cafeteria style, very bright, food prices weren’t inline with the quality.

The service was outstanding from start to finish, from the airport pick-up to the check-out.
