The location and rooftop bar are the highlights of this hotel. The view is beautiful, and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff were also pleasant, but the breakfast itself was disappointing. The selection was limited, and the quality of many products felt below what I would expect from a hotel at this price level. The biggest issue was the reception. The check-in experience was one of the worst I have had at a hotel. The front desk staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to guests. They came across as uninterested and not particularly welcoming. Unfortunately, this did not improve during the stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some good staff members, but the poor service at reception and the underwhelming breakfast left a negative impression. I expected better.

Three night stay. Very convenient location by the beach with bus to city centre right outside. Really nice roof top area and small pool. Staff were very helpful. Beds however are very firm. I did not find them comfortable at all. Breakfast is average in terms of selection.

Great spot to stay with access to all Foz do Douro has to offer, and easy access to central Porto. Breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options. Rooms were small but comfortable with nicely updated bathrooms.
