Enjoyed the stay! Great hotel, good location. With a toddler though and a stroller, it was hard to go up the steps each time. Other than that, very nice! Close to the metro as well

Usually when visiting Porto for work I stay in one of the HF’s Hotels, this time it was Tuela. Excellent value for money, team could do with some training but all are helpful. Parking needs addressing current issues, lighting was green but displays showing a full park does not add up.

I was disappointed with our stay. When I booked through Expedia, the reservation clearly stated that free breakfast was included. However, when we arrived, the hotel staff told us that Expedia hadn't paid for the breakfast, so we didn't receive it. As a result, we had to leave the hotel and find a place to eat, which was inconvenient. The room itself was decent and clean, but it was uncomfortably hot. Even with the air conditioning set to the coldest setting, the room never cooled down enough to be comfortable. Overall, the stay was just okay, but the misleading breakfast information and the ineffective air conditioning made the experience disappointing
