Parking was as bad as everywhere underground: extremely tight! At 15€/night that should be a little better. It was nice to have a large bottle of water daily, being a VIP from Expedia. The breakfast was OK. Small, but enough. The staff was mostly good, just very slow at everything they do. The room and beds were good and comfortable. The area is a bit sketchy due to a large migrant population being constantly on the street doing nothing. However, it is within walking distance to the shore, shopping, etc. Overall, nice and would stay there again.

​This hotel has a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The lobby has a pleasant smell. It's not too far from the city center, and if you enjoy walking, breakfast excellent, I highly recommend this hotel.

Toilet was broken, sink was leaking water, the shower was open one side and had water leaking out. There is a cemetery as the view, the elevator and lobby was extremely loud. The staff were not friendly and wouldn't greet us when walking by.

Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet was very fresh and was attended too throughout the breakfast hours. Lobby smelled nice. Shower had good pressure. I also loved the windows opened out a few inches for fresh air. Good location to food and shopping

The little things … No ice machine The card reader on the vending machine didn’t work. The bathroom door is glass (frosted but with clear streaks going through)… when my daughter was in there we couldn’t answer the door. Initially the bathroom door didn’t even close all the way … after a few calls they came up and fixed it.

Easy to reach from airport via Casa Musica tram station. Although not close to main Ribeira tourist area was easy to access , an ideal base for a short city break to visit anywhere on the tram network and would return.

Great place to stay

First place I stayed in Porto on a 15-day trip for wedding. This hotel is in a great location close to shopping and some dining, metro stops close. Casa do Musica, Carolinas Michaelis metro stops are within walking distance but cab large luggage, cobblestones and narrow street combined with constant construction reduces the commute. Walking is sometimes difficult between metro stations, this is a good location that allows for access to necessities and bar/food in the hotel. Would have stayed here the entire trip but had to go to Braga for a few days.

This hotel is a lovely location in Porto. About a 20 min walk to the waterfront area. We had a car so needed a place with parking and the parking here was excellent. It’s adjacent to a little mall and food court. The room was large and clean. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
