This space is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features an open living area that seamlessly combines the kitchen and sleeping spaces. The cosy living area invites guests to unwind with a plush sitting area, perfect for enjoying a movie after a day of exploring the city.

The kitchen is a welcoming hub for conversation and shared meals. It is equipped with everything you need to cook something delicious, including cookware, cutlery, and a convenient dishwasher.

The modern sleeping area is designed for a restful night's sleep. It has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage for your belongings.

The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make you feel at home.

Step out onto the charming balcony, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a peaceful moment outdoors.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Cedofeita is a lively and charming neighbourhood in Porto, known for its mix of traditional and modern vibes. Just a short walk from the city centre, it’s filled with boutique shops, cosy cafés, and local galleries, making it a perfect place to explore on foot. The area is also home to beautiful architecture, showcasing historic and contemporary designs.

Cedofeita offers tourists an authentic Porto experience, away from the typical tourist crowds. Highlights include the Igreja de Cedofeita, one of the city’s oldest churches. Its vibrant cultural scene and inviting atmosphere make it a great spot to enjoy local life and discover Porto’s unique character.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Aliados, is just a 500-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
