Spread across three thoughtfully designed floors, the villa offers everything a large group could need — with total privacy and zero compromise on comfort.

Floor -1 — Arrive & Unwind

Pull straight into the private garage, which accommodates up to four cars, then head to the dedicated laundry room with a full 8kg washer and dryer. This floor also features a private fitness room with a stationary bike and a cross-trainer, plus a complete bathroom with a shower — ideal for rinsing off after the beach or a workout.

Ground Floor — The Heart of the Home

The sleek, fully-equipped open kitchen sets the tone immediately: an induction hob, a double oven, an American-style fridge freezer, and a sweeping island with four bar stools, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening drinks.

The dining area enjoys direct views over the pool and garden, while the living room — complete with a fireplace — is the ideal spot to wind down on cooler Atlantic evenings. A service WC completes this floor.

First Floor — Rest & Breathe

Three generous en-suite bedrooms, each a true sanctuary. The master bedroom impresses with its travertine marble bathroom featuring both a hydromassage bathtub and a separate shower, plus twin vessel sinks. Two bedrooms wake up to sweeping ocean views, while the other overlook the pool and garden — every room a winning outlook. All feature rich hardwood floors,1 king-size and 2 Queen-size beds with hotel-quality linen, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto private balconies.

The Outdoors

The pool is the crown jewel: a generous lap pool that flows from the open sun terrace into a covered, skylit pavilion — so you can swim rain or shine. Surrounding it, a manicured lawn with sun loungers and a stylish outdoor lounge set makes doing nothing feel like an art form. Fire up the built-in stone BBQ with its stainless steel grill and outdoor sink for the ultimate al fresco dining experience, with a full outdoor bathroom nearby for added convenience.

A wooden boardwalk across the road winds through the dunes straight to the beach. The Atlantic is literally at your doorstep.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all three floors. Enjoy the private garden, swimming pool, and direct beach access. The villa also offers a fitness room and private parking for up to four vehicles, ensuring both comfort and convenience.

Please note that the villa spans 3 floors accessible via stairs only. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or reduced mobility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in Madalena, Vila Nova de Gaia, this villa is nestled in a prestigious area known for its stunning beaches and serene ambiance. Enjoy easy access to local gourmet dining, upscale shopping, and cultural attractions like the famous port wine cellars, all while being enveloped in coastal charm.

Conveniently located, the villa offers easy access to public transport. The Madalena metro station is a short drive away, providing direct links to Porto's vibrant city center. Additionally, bus routes along Rua dos Combatentes offer connections to local attractions and nearby districts.

🔑 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is done in person — a GuestReady host will be at the property to welcome you, hand over the keys and give you a full tour of the villa.

Please note that prior to your arrival, you will be required to complete an identity verification process.

🚭 SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only (garden and terrace). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa at all times, including bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, the kitchen and all living areas.

Zero tolerance applies indoors. If our team finds any evidence of smoking inside the property during or after your stay — including smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, or related residue — a minimum fee of €200 will be charged without exception.

⚡ UTILITIES — LONG STAYS

For stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy applies to utilities (electricity, water, heating). Consumption is capped at €80 per month. Any usage beyond this threshold may be charged accordingly.

To get you started, we provide a starter kit of basic essentials:

• Shower gel, shampoo & soap (sample sizes)
• Toilet paper & kitchen roll
• Sponge, dishwashing liquid & bin bags

We recommend stocking up on additional supplies for longer stays.

💶 ADDITIONAL SERVICES & FEES

• Extra keys: €20 (subject to availability; also applies to lost keys or door-opening assistance during your stay)
• Extra cleaning with linen change: equivalent to the standard cleaning fee
• Extra clothing pack: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 guests — applicable when sofa bed is not included in the booking)

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
