This lovely 80 m² apartment is ideally situated close to many of the city’s main attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse dining options.
The bright living room is designed for your comfort, with a cosy sofa to unwind on, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Generous natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils.
The first bedroom is a welcoming space with a queen-size bed, convenient hangers, and access to a balcony where you can enjoy stunning views of the river and Porto city. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, offering two single beds and hangers for your clothes. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure you have a restful and pleasant stay.
The bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to help you feel refreshed and at home.
For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay.

This is one of the most picturesque neighbourhoods in Vila Nova de Gaia. The main attractions are within walking distance. The beautiful Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar is worth a visit. The views from outside the monastery will take your breath away. Next door to the sanctuary is the palm-shaded Jardim do Morro. The gardens are a pleasant spot to take a seat and enjoy the views out over the river and Porto that make this worth a visit, particularly at sunset when the river turns to gold.
If you go down the narrow and picturesque streets of Gaia, you’ll reach the riverside, where it’s possible to find the famous Port Wine Cellars. It’s also a great spot to have dinner, enjoy a glass of port wine and shop. An alternative to reach the riverside is by taking the Teleferico de Gaia (Gaia’s Cable Car).
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, General Torres, is just a 9-minute walk.
The nearest metro station, "Jardim do Morro", is just a 5-minutes walk.
The airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
