This beautifully decorated 72m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs only.

The inviting living room features a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

You'll find everything needed to prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a wardrobe, complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.

The bathroom provides all you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for a pleasant experience.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming property is situated in a prime location for exploring the city. Just a short distance away, guests can visit iconic attractions such as the stunning Luís I Bridge and the historic Livraria Lello bookstore. In addition, the area is home to a variety of top-rated restaurants and bars, including Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante, where guests can enjoy delicious meals and drinks.

It is conveniently situated near Bolhão station, just a 4-minute walk away, and Trindade station, which is an 11-minute walk from the accommodation. The central location provides easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for guests to explore the city and its attractions.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
