Modern and tastefully decorated, this 36m2 lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Matosinhos, such as Porto de Leixões, Mercado de Matosinhos, the best seafood restaurants and Matosinhos beach.

Please note that the apartment is located on a lively street known for its high-quality selection of restaurants. The area is busier during the day and on weekends, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
The property is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as an ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and is separated from the living area by a stylish glass door with a curtain for privacy.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is located in Matosinhos, on an iconic street known for its strong connection to the region's fishing tradition.
Along this street, you will find a variety of restaurants specializing in fresh fish and seafood. Many of these restaurants prepare their dishes over charcoal grills, offering an authentic dining experience.

The area is also characterized by residential and commercial buildings, reflecting the typical architecture of Matosinhos. The proximity to the fishing port adds to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, where you can observe the daily hustle of fishermen and enjoy high-quality seafood.

Just a short walk away is Matosinhos Beach (Praia de Matosinhos), one of the most popular beaches in the Porto region. This wide, sandy beach is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean. It is also a well-known spot for surfing, with several surf schools and rental shops available for beginners and experienced surfers alike.

The beachfront promenade is lined with cafés, restaurants, and bars, making it a perfect place to unwind while taking in the ocean views. Additionally, Parque da Cidade, Porto’s largest urban park, is nearby, offering a green escape with walking and cycling paths.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Matosinhos Sul, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
