This apartment is located in Porto's vibrant Bonfim district, known for its dynamic art scene and charming local eateries. The apartment is well-connected to Porto's public transport network. Local bus stops are also conveniently located nearby for easy travel throughout Porto.
This is a self-check-in property. You will be asked to verify your identity before accessing the property. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.
Once your reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in line with legal obligations set by Portuguese local authorities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property (indoors and outdoors). Evidence of smoking (e.g. smell, ash, cigarette butts) will result in a minimum charge of €200.
For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy applies with a limit of €80.
For the first days of your stay, we provide a welcome starter pack of basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and bin bags.
Additional services:
• Extra keys: €20 (extra pair when available, lost keys, or door opening during stay)
• Extra cleaning with linen change: priced at the standard cleaning fee
