The unit is clean and quiet to stay. It would be great if the unit had a washer and dryer and the owner provided some dinking water and tea in the kitchen for your arrival to use.

The check in was a problem. American, flight delay, got to Porto late. Wasn’t able to get a SIM card, so no internet. You have to have internet to open the door. Luckily some strangers on the street were able to call Feel Porto for me, and they did come to the apartment right away. After I got a SIM card, I still wasn’t able to open the door, but Feel Porto did provide me with a physical key. Other than the problem getting in, the apartment was in a great location and very clean and safe.

The apartment is very nice but the AC was broken when it was 40C out. They provided fans in all the rooms but that was not enough to be comfortable until late at night. The shower drains don't drain well so we showered with the water not at maximum strength. Other than that though, the apartment was clean, VERY well located, well furnished. We loved our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and much larger than expected. The unit was well equipped with everything you could need .The beds were very comfortable and the location was great with the market across the street and so much within walking distance.

The space was extremely spacious and our host was responsive and helpful during our stay. The place was also clean and had all of the items we needed (wine bottle opener, etc.) My only complaint was around noise - with a group of 7, we could hear other people easily in other rooms AND there was construction next door, so we were woken up at 8AM every morning. This was non-stop drilling or hammering - which is not something you want to deal with on vacation.

Super cozy apartment with a lot of space, nice beds and furniture. It was advantageous to have a dryer. In contrast, the kitchen equipment and utensils are quite basic and low end, knives are blunt.

Peofile discrepancies

The address on Hotels.com is not the actual address which caused a lot of confusion and miscommunication for check in. The address needs updated to properly reflect the location. It is just a couple blocks away though. The profile reflects on-site parking avaulble, however it is not. Its off-site and paid at 17 euro/day. The parking structure has a lot of bad reviews as well stating the cars were damaged and broken into. Thankfully, I didn’t have this issie there. Overall the apartment was clean, well maintained, ample space. I believe there are just some discrepancies from the website profile.

Stayed at Feel Porto Downtown Art Tyle apartment for 6 adults in Oct. Likes: location of property; the look of the apartment that is modern, well equipped and comfy beds. Dislikes : the apartment power outages happen very frequently whenever we use the electrical appliances simultaneously; water drainage in the showers for all the bedrooms were very bad as it floods while showering. Design failure on the shower flooring. Traffic noise especially the room facing Rua de Fernandes Tomas.
