Eurostars Aliados is very well located on A Aliados and committee to Sao Bento Train Station. Beds are comfortable and clean. I had gave 4 stars for the only reason of the elevators are too slow and at rush hours can take up to 5 minutes to get one.

The hotel is steps from the metro, very convenient to walk around the neighborhood. The hotel is also near many areas of interest so we were able to walk to many of the places. The staff were so kind and welcoming.

Balcony room overlooking the square was very nice; Very easy shower to figure out. Front desk staff always attentive and quick with answers. Hotel is in great location for walking everywhere. Parking around the corner is dicey to find the first time and $23/day, but manageable. Breakfast buffet is loaded with lots of stuff for everyone. Subway right outside the door if you need that. Can't nickpick anything.

Location and the hotel were nice. However, your website shows a photo of a premium room, which we paid for, having a sofa and sitting area. There wasn’t one. The hotel said it must be a mistake but refused to move us or accommodate us. Said Booking misled us but it is almost impossible to get in touch with your customer service.
