This is a 1st rate place with a very proffesional staff; moreover, the hotel is in an excellent spot, very centric. The only REAL drawback that I can say is the lack of any proper chinaware in the rooms (paper cups don't cut it for me).

I’m a bit of a hotel snob and was a bit worried about staying here on our 3 night trip to Porto. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I had read the reviews and had it in my mind it was going to be a run down, old hotel - but that wasn’t the case at all. The hotel is old but very well maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing and truly made things seamless during our stay. The valet concierge went above and beyond to make accessing our vehicle simple and quick. Ubers were about $10EU per trip to the city. We are so impressed with our stay, the breakfast and restaurant were great.
