An oasis of peace and calm in the heart of the city... what a wonderful place! It was perfect - the hotel, the people, the location, the vibe, everything! We have stayed in many hotels and we would rate Casa Camelia as one of the very best ever experiences. The care, the attention to detail, the welcome, the customer service, it's super clean and maintained with love. There's also a beautiful garden with amazing views of the river. If you are visiting Porto, you must stay here!

A lovely small hotel on a quiet road away from the busy centre but in walking distance to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even managed to accommodate us early due to a flight cancellation. Very prompt communication through their WhatsApp. The bed in the room was very comfy and the hotel garden has beautiful views- a lovely setting for breakfast.

I almost don't want anyone to know about the casa, but this is truly the best place to stay in porto. Not 5 minutes from the main historical square. But off the beaten path you walk down a deserted cobbled street; an unassuming door and in you walk to a luscious piazza garden with fountain; beautiful flowers and smells with a plush walk out to see the river and a good deal of porto. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing and so well appreciated. Staff go above and beyond. There are seagulls and their noise, but that is porto. I would come back to the casa anytime.
