Amazing apartment, will be staying here again!

It was an amazing stay at Bnapartments, Sophia was such an amazing property manager who made us feel very much at home. She rang from the moment she knew our flight had landed and gave us directions to finding the property. When we got lost she walked down to find us. She made sure we were comfortable asking if she can be of help with anything. I will be staying at their apartment when I next visit Porto.

The apartment was nice and in a good location, central to most things and within walking distance. Supermarket is a 10 min walk away. Gaining access to the apartment was easy and fuss free. The person who greeted me was very informative and knowledgeable about the area and how to get around.

Barbara greeted us with warmth and hospitality and gave us touring tips. Super friendly and helpful. Requests for some minor repairs were dealt with immediately.

Lovely apartment

I prefer to stay a little out of the centre,within walking distance. This apartment was everything I required, quiet and secure. Easy to walk to metro, bus and even the port wine cellars. Met some friendly locals, lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Markets everywhere on Saturdays.

We received a very warm welcome form the staff at the apartments. Very efficient check-in and all was thoroughly explained. Clean and well kept room and facilities. The surrounding area was very quite which was nice and very accessible to the center of town.

The lady attending the house (Barbara) was very friendly and amazingly helpful. She gave us tips that changed our experience in Porto and made it much better. The property was very spacious, in perfect condition and had everything. Very comfortable and a very good value for money. Close to the city center but very quiet. If I travel again to Porto I would defenitely return to bnapartements.

Amazing. It’s a 5-7 min walk to the city square and has a convenient store next door with fresh fruit, soda, snacks, beer, etc. The room and bathroom are clean and very nice. Room is a like a studio (bed, tv, small kitchen) with plenty of room for 2. I recommend to anyone, seriously! They even accommodated champagne for our anniversary - now that’s service!

Outstanding staff that take the time to ensure that you are organized with the facilities and sites - very helpful! The apartment shines and feels like a "home away from home" - right in the heart of the city which is only a 10 minute walk away. However, quiet for sleeping, spacious and all the facilites needed to enjoy - it doesn't get much better!

Excellent location, right in the heart of the activities but far enough away that it is quiet at night. Everything is walkable. Restaurants, laundry facilites and grocieries are a short walk. Tourist sites are only a 10 minute walk away! The apt. facilities are great and the staff are friendly and helpful. Doesn't get much better - incredible location and wonderful faciities!

An easy to find location. Secure entry. Comfortable room with good facilities. Quiet during our stay, but definitely could be noisy with tiles on the floor above and in the corridor. Nice, friendly welcome from both check in staff and housekeeper.
