The apartment is of a good size, has good shower/hot water and is located close to a well connected Metro Station. The owners failed to give entry codes till we were stood on the doorstep. We found worms in the bathmats, dirty blankets and pillows, dirty cupboards and a dirty coffee machine. The heater and a/c unit did not work even after we got batteries to be able to turn it on, so we were cold and damp.all our stay. The daily housekeeping was non existent though it was advertised and so paid for. The place and towels in particular were wet from day one. Several amenities listed were missing such as the electric kettle and ironing board. Lateraly the owners failed to return messages to myself and Hotels.com by when they must have realised we were not happy. They also did not collect the tourist tax they were due to, so they are operating outside the local law, or ha ha paying it out of their own pocket. The have still not answered a request for a refund. Very noisy upstairs neighbours who must be working odd hours and a building site outside the back door (which was quiet on a Sunday but clearly not the other 6 days of a week)
