Villetta Flo is a lovely solution for spending vacations in Porto Cesareo, just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast of Salento and not far from all services.
The vacation cottage with equipped garden and indoor parking, has accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven, microwave, barbecue and outdoor shower.

Villetta Flo is a lovely cottage with garden, simple and essential, suitable for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to the most beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo.
The entrance through a gate allows you to park your car inside the property.
The veranda that introduces the house is furnished with deck chairs for relaxation, table and chairs for outdoor dining, also preparing excellent grills with the barbecue in the garden.
The interiors of Villetta Flo are comfortable and airy. The living area consists of living room with dining room, sofa and TV, and well-equipped kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 2 triple bedrooms, furnished with double + single bed. Complete the interior 1 bathroom shower. Airconditioning is present both in the living room and in the rooms.
 
Finally, at the back of the house there are a pilozza and an outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the sea.

Villetta Flo is a vacation villa located in a residential area in Porto Cesareo, in the upper part of Scala di Furno where the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast of Salento extend.
The location allows you to reach the sea in just 5 minutes by car. The center of Porto Cesareo with all the main services is less than 2 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
