During your stay: one of our staff members will be available to assist with any of your needs. You’re also welcome to stop by our office to meet us and ask for information in person.

- Damage deposit: €100.00 (the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out via bank transfer)
- Bed and bath linens: Bed and bath linens are not included; the cost is €20 per person per week (towels and sheets).
- Check-in: We are available for check-in until 8:00 PM; from 8:00 PM to midnight, you will be charged an extra fee of €20.00; from 12:00 a.m. onward, you will be charged an extra fee of €40.00;
- Check-out: the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- Rental Agreement: At check-in, you will be required to sign the rental agreement for your vacation.
- Payment of the Tourist Tax: The Municipality of Porto Cesareo levies a tourist tax. Please note that this tax is due upon check-in: the tax is 1.00 euro per day (in May, June, and September) and 1.50 euro per day (in July and August) per person; the tax applies for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: Certain individuals are exempt from paying the tax, including: a) minors until the day they turn 16; b) seniors on or after the day they turn 70.​
