Completely independent, the Bilo Primo Piano of the Absolute residence in Porto Cesareo are apartments all the same. The house opens with a large living room in which there is, in addition to the dining room and open kitchen, a sofa bed for two people. A hallway leads to the master bedroom and shower room. To complete the house, there is a small balcony equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

museum and much more. For nightlife, many equipped lidos during the day turn into clubs during the beautiful summer evenings to be spent by the sea.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bath linen, each 2 days

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
