Trilo 1 by Dimora Le Frasche is a brand new 5-bed vacation home for vacations in Torre Lapillo, in a residential area in Padula Fede, close to Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto .
Modern and cozy, the vacation home is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, electric oven, iron and ironing board. Outdoor area equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water.
In the garden there is a large space for parking shared with another vacation home. Pets are allowed.

Trilo
1 is a detached vacation home within a large garden that it shares with
another apartment. The two solutions are self-contained.
A
beautiful wooden canopy shades the veranda equipped for relaxation,
where you can spend time outdoors. The entrance is into a living room
with open kitchen, dining room and 1 single sofa bed.
A hallway with laundry area leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1twin bedroom with single beds. The house is completed by 1 shower room.
 
Air conditioning is in the rooms, TV in the living room, mosquito nets protect doors and windows.

Dimora Le Frasche is a villa immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, a few steps from the sea.
It stands in a quiet area in Padula Fede, a seaside resort in Torre Lapillo
near Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto, on a street adjacent to
the seafront. The vacation homes are about 600 meters from the sea.
The
first equipped lido in the area is 600 meters away; there is also a
restaurant and bar. Just 3 kilometers away is Torre Lapillo where there
are all the main services such as supermarket, newsstand, tobacconist`s,
fishmonger`s, butcher`s, bakery, pharmacy, medical point and church. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden with another apartment.
